These terms govern access to hoox.sh and related product pages (including PYNE, AXIS, playground, docs, and membership). By using the site or software you agree to these terms.
1. Nature of the services
HOOX, PYNE, and AXIS are independent open-source / open-core tooling for algorithmic trading research, evaluation, and edge execution. They are provided as is, often under AGPL or Apache licenses as stated on each surface. Hosted features (if any) may be subject to additional commercial terms.
2. No affiliation with TradingView
This project is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by TradingView, Inc. Pine Script™ and TradingView® are trademarks of TradingView, Inc. PYNE is an independent reimplementation / evaluation stack with incomplete platform parity. Claims of compatibility refer to language-core behaviour documented in our status matrix, not to the TradingView charting platform, market data, or broker emulator as a whole.
3. Software licenses
Source code licenses (e.g. AGPL-3.0 for PYNE/AXIS surfaces, Apache-2.0 for parts of the landing shell) apply as published in the respective repositories. These website terms do not replace open-source license obligations.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse APIs, scrape beyond fair use, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not use the stack to violate exchange ToS, market abuse laws, or third-party rights.
- Do not present HOOX / PYNE / AXIS as official TradingView products or services.
5. Trading risk
Algorithmic trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Always validate strategies independently. Authors and operators accept no liability for financial losses arising from use of the software or site.
6. No warranties
The site and software are provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is excluded. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the free site or free software is limited to the greater of zero or amounts you paid us for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim in the three months prior.
8. Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
