This notice describes how the hoox.sh site and related surfaces handle personal data. Self-hosted software you run yourself is under your control and not covered here.

2. What we process
- Server / CDN logs — IP address, user agent, request path, timestamps (Cloudflare® or hoster standard logs; short retention).
- Analytics — if enabled (e.g. privacy-oriented analytics), aggregate usage metrics without selling personal profiles.
- Membership / contact — email and account data you voluntarily submit for paid or support channels.
- Playground / demo API — scripts and OHLCV you send for evaluation; treat demo endpoints as non-confidential unless a separate paid agreement says otherwise.
3. Purposes & legal bases (GDPR)
- Operate and secure the website (legitimate interest / contract).
- Provide membership or enterprise services you request (contract).
- Comply with legal obligations where applicable.
4. Recipients
Infrastructure providers (e.g. Cloudflare®, VPS host) process data as processors or under their own terms when you use edge services. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operations. Account data lasts for the life of the account plus legal retention. You may request deletion subject to legal holds.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. EU/EEA users may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
7. Cookies & similar technologies

References to TradingView®, Pine Script™, Cloudflare®, and exchanges are for identification only. We are not affiliated with those parties.
